Terms and condition
1. For efficient processing ensure all RMA details are complete. Check all serial and model numbers before submission.
2. Print this form for your own records before submission. This form is only a REQUEST for RMA not an official RMA.
3. Once confirmed an offical RMA form and number will be sent to you. Allow 2 working days for processing of your RMA.
4. Please contact the warranty dept. for queries relating to your submission.
5. Before shipping ensure all manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions are met.
6. Before shipment the relevant RMA number provided for the product is included here.
7. For shipping ensure RMA item(s) are properly packaged for anti-static protection and prevention of movement and shock.
8. Physical damage caused by your courier is your responsibility. For Transportation damages, please claim from the courier. Please pack appropriately to prevent damage. Westan is not responsible for any damage during transit.
9. The RMA number and details should be clearly displayed on the outside of the box when shipping.
10. For Samsung TVs, please provide 15 digit serial numbers from the back of the TV unit.
11. Please email end user Proof of purchase and any photos of defects to WarrantyVIC@westan.com.au with the serial no as subject.
12. Please send unit promptly after your RA# is given in order to avoid cancellation of your RA. There will be some exceptions, where we will inform you of a direct pickup. This may take a while to organize.
13. For TV and projectors DOA, all original accessories, and unit are to be returned in original packaging that is in good condition.
14. Submission of this form confirms acceptance of the warranty terms and conditions.
