2. Receive Return Authorisation documentation from us:

  • Once your return request is approved, our team will send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number along with a return label.

3. Package Your Item:

  • Securely package the item(s) for return, ensuring that they are in their original packaging and in new condition (for returns for full refund) or resalable condition (for partial refund or return of loan units). Please include any accessories, manuals, or promotional items that came with the product.

4. Label Your Package:

  • Print and clearly label the package with your Westan RA number and our documentation. This will help us identify and process your return efficiently.

5. Ship Your Return:

  • Send the package to the address provided by our Westan Team. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). Make sure to keep your tracking number to help you monitor the status of your return.

6. Processing Your Return:

  • Once we receive your return package, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.

7. Refund or Exchange:

  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange according to our Returns and Refunds Policy. A credit note will be issued to your account.

8. Confirmation:
